This place offers top quality accommodation that is fairly clean and conveniently located near the metro, bus stops, the exhibition center, and the main train station, providing a very pleasant stay every time.

We had warm breakfast with pancakes, juices, meats. The location was marvellous and unbeatable and the private parking was on site...

The rooms were neat, we had a balcony looking over city. Besides, the location was particularly good for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Frankfurt Messe.

Wi-Fi was slow; poor breakfast, a little disappointed.

Our room was stylish and neat with very good service, featuring a hard mattress, heating, and a comfortable sofa.

The room was modern and very clean.

I didn't like the fact that one could see from the room into the bathroom, as the wall between the two had a transparent upper side. That's lack of privacy and one may not be traveling with somebody close enough to feel comfortable with to have them watching you while you're in shower(even if only your face can be seen). A bathroom is a bathroom, not a public display room.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. It's superb base for visiting some must see attractions in Frankfurt am Main. Loved its skyline views.

The hotel is very nice with good access to the iaa messe, and very close to town center. The hotel offers good facilities, including spa, gym, free internet access (be careful as they charged me 5.99euros) in bedrooms and for the entire hotel, with PC's to use in the lobby area at your leisure. The Room had free no cost movies to watch with a very good selection and a complimentary bottle of water. The colour scheme in the our room, very warm and modern with great light. Breakfast was plentiful with a huge selection available. I had a hire car and parking was not a problem.

Although the room was very nice, the clear glass that separates the bathroom and bedroom adds a modern touch, it's not very functional. At night lets alot of night into the bedroom when in use and partner/colleagues are sleeping and offers little privacy when going to the toilet or using the shower. Breakfast was good but very very expensive, was not happy when I was charged 17Euros per person per day for breakfast, when I was quoted 14Euros. Was also charge 5.99Euros for using the internet, not sure why when it was suppose to be free, again was very unhappy!! Very good hotel but be very cautious of your invoice when checking out!! Also our room had no fridge or cooler, when we was told otherwise.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location, in a quiet neighborhood close to a tram station, was perfect for us. It made it easy to explore the city and reach the city center in just 20 minutes. The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. And the room was spotless, with all the amenities we needed, like an in-room safe, ironing facilities, and a hair dryer.

We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Buses and trams stops are right in front the hotel: it is very convenient to travel all around Frankfurt! The rooms are well deigned, and no noise from neighbouring ones is heard.

The breakfast is too expensive. There is a large variety of salty food (sausages, eggs...),but not much of sweets. Sometimes the waiters are a bit slow in refilling the food trays, particularly the fruit one. I do not recommend the coffee: rather ask for a latte macchiato!!!

Nothing. Arrived, hotel overbooked. 4 rooms only left for 40 people !!!!!!!! My reservation was lost. I paid for 2 nights and they eventually only had me down for 1 night. Then they sent me to an annex hotel due to massive overbooking. Price was ridiculously expensive due to being Automechanika Exhibition week. Room was worth 10% of what I paid, absolute maximum ! Sink was blocked, hair from previous occupant floating in stale water. Disgusting. Room was never even cleaned once in 3 days. Forget it, stay in a tent !

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and not too far from the center. the restaurant was lovely and offered delicious meals. the room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. the breakfast had a wide variety of food options and there were facilities like a Mac in the lobby to use.

Some staff members could improve their attitude towards guests.
